Yes you are right sugar & carbs are the main problem. Man-made factory produced packaged foods, refined carbs like maida, sugar, corn syrup in cold drinks & sauces, refined vegetable seeds oils not found in nature. God has made all things good. Natural fats like ghee, butter, coconut oil (saturated fats) are healthy. Cold pressed peanut oil also is OK. Man-made Poly unsaturated fats like sunflower oil, corn oil, rice oil, etc are unhealthy and get oxidised in the blood and the source of inflammation.

Sir Iam a 29 years old guy . I did stupidity in my life since college and till I started doing business Having beer and outside food be it party or business work At the age of 29 my cholestrol went 280 , trygycerdies went 460 . BP didn’t go down to 140/90 I had to eventually start Arbitel 40 to reduce my bp . My life style habits worst it my fatty liver reduced when I reduced weight . I’m planning to not eat outside food Limit my food content shift to vegetarian diet and stop beer and shift to natural juices and no salt . Hope it works

Stop all outside food at all.Avoid all types of fats, oils and sweets. Eat less carbohydrates. Eat lots of vegetables and cook them boilled with very little salt and pepper for flavor. Do morning walk for one hour every day. Do not eat more than three times a day and night. If you do all these practices you will be completely normal within three months. I had the same type as you between the ages of 45 and 50. I am now 66. I have been now suffering from Heart and various diseases. I am from Kolkata, India. I am taking regular medicine and I am very normal.

With all due respect he himself doesn't look skinny at all so how can anyone believe him?i mean he's not wrong but everything in moderation is fine and yes we should use less oil,carbs, package food and red meat... Fish, chicken,egg are fine
