​@@phy1233 here another Bengali too 😅 Mustard Oil of particularly brands like Dhara,Engine,Ganesh,Dalda have lowest SATURATED FAT content of all oil. So mustard oil is the best and I have been using it for decades and have great control on my Triglycerides

His stand on Edible OILS is not correct. He said oil is composed of only triglycerides which is wrong, in fact the SATURATED FAT content in oil is the actual triglycerides and the main culprit. MUFA/PUFA content of the oil is the HDL which removes fat deposition from the arterial wall, so it clears heart blocks. But most of the WHITE OILS have high SATURATED FAT & minimal PUFA/MUFA. The edible oil with least SATURATED FAT content is MUSTARD OIL (Dhara/Dalda/Engine/Ganesh) which contains only ~5-8 mg. Otherwise all oils Sunflower,Rice Bran,Soyabean,Canola,Sesame,Olive contain 11-30 mg SATURATED FAT content in them. Zero Oil is not the solution as oil has many nutrients too

Oils not bad but process of oil making is more important, cold press / wood press oils best because they made at room temperature so retained most nutrients , but on other hand refined oils process uses lots of chemical and high heat so that no nutrients is destroyed. I read a lot of comments and most are misguided. First of all our body doesn't require any oil intake other than what is available naturally, and the Doctor is absolutely correct. When the food is cooked in oil it doesn't add any taste but it makes the food rich. When the food is rich you feel satisfied and hence you think that oil adds to the taste. Some others wrote that we need fat to absorb micronutrients, but what is needed is good fat that is derived naturally from food, when you eat nuts, that has a lot of good fat. Ignorance is bliss.

Oil makes food rich, it doesn't add any taste. Food without oil will be mild in texture. Your brain interprets this as a different taste.

Oil tk thik hai... But humare aayurveda me likha he din me 2 spoon ghee jaruri he it works as lubricant and protect from bone erosion (reduce percentage)

Really worth watching. Great video; eye-opening. Here comes a question out of eagerness about the next step, that is, how to find ways to cook the same items by using water in place of oil? Could you make a video on how might we cook by replacing oil with water? To be honest, I am asking this immediately after watching this video as I think, in terms of fact, that replacing oil with water would save our health by a substantial margin.

Low your consumption of oil , Try to use original cold pressed oil according to your state / region, fully avoid refined oil.Sure oil has different taste that's why in odisha, West Bengal & north east we even add particularly raw mustard oil on our food because of it own taste.

These higher temperatures are essential for: - Creating the Maillard reaction that gives food appealing flavors and browning - Achieving crispy textures - Cooking food thoroughly and quickly 2. Oil vs. Water interaction with food: - Oil provides a uniform cooking surface that helps food brown evenly - Water causes food to steam or boil instead of fry - Many flavor compounds are oil-soluble, not water-soluble - Water would cause spattering and potentially dangerous situations if used like oil.

Fat is an essential nutrient totally avoiding fat is not good for health, fat is responsible for production of hormones, fat is also responsible for absorption of certain vitamins. Being into fitness for many years i did try a very low fat diet and it was not good and I felt very unhealthy. Olive oil, Coconut oil, Mustard oil, fish oil etc. are not bad for health in small quantities, its more about the quantity you are consuming. Excess consumption of fats is unhealthy.

In 2021 I bought his book and tried this method to lose my weight. I lost 11 kg withing 2 months. Really helped me a lot. But yes foods don’t taste good without oil but if you are concerned with your health then taste can be compromised.

Somewhat agree with the doc.But few fun facts Tel se nahi aata - This is wrong, tel se masale se alag taste aata hai. TRY MUSTARD OIL IN PLACE OF REFINE OR GINGERY OR COCONUT IN PLACE OF MUSTARD THE TASTE WOULD BE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. Pani se masale bhune jaate hai-Paani se masala ubal te hai bhunte nahi hai. The best is that. Jab bhook kege to khau and pura peth bhar ke na khau. Thodi bhook baki hai tab khana chod do. Peth ke teen hisse karo. Ek khane ke liye, dusra paani ke liye aur ek hissa saans lene ke liye chodh dein. Maheene me teen roz fasting Karna. Ho sake to hafte me ek roz fasting karna.

Air fryer. 💀 No need to add anything just cut potatoes into thin layers. Boil it with vinnegar/salt water for 5 minutes. Dry them. Then bake it into the air fryer for a certain amount of time. Or u can just use a sand process. Have u ever seen how peoples make papad crispy? They use sand to make papad. No oil needed. Or u can use tandoor to make roti crispy.

Maine khood 6 months dabaake ghee khaya fir lipid profile ki …. sab sahi tha … I took risk actually because we’ve family history of cardiovascular diseases…. Lekin sab sahi nikla….(note : maine ghar k desi gai k doodh se banaa hua ghee use kiya)

There are essential fatty acids which we get from cold pressed oils. Oils do have taste. Ghee is very good for the body, it not only adds taste but also prevents us from ulcers and harmful effects of masalas. Definitely vegetable fat like dalda is harmful with lot of saturated fats. Oils are useful for nervous function. So, oil is not entirely bad for health but don't just overeat the oily foods. I think sugar is more harmful than fats.

Astonishing fact :Cost of Consumable Oil automatically is in synch with Gasoline oils. Observe carefully Cost of diesel or Petrol when raised..so does cost of Refined Oil. immediately. why ??

There are two big problems with ghee you want to know 1- Mostly we get buffalo ghee not cow whose benifits are mentioned in ayurveda and if its cow its not desi cow 2- We don't know the purity of ghee

Doc ko shayad patah nahi hai.. PUFA is best among all which can be easily digested.. Aur Oil ko breakdown karne ke liye bile juice banata hai liver.. Aur oil mein essential oil hote hai jo zaruri hota hai kuch hormones ko banane mein.. Aur body mein Fat jama sirf Oil se nahi hoti hai... 😂.. Carbs and proteins se be hota hai

Hamare West Bengal state mein ham hazaro saal se mainly cold pressed mustaoil use kar rahe hai, even mera dietitian and doctor ne bola mujhe ki mustard oil is best if taken within limits. Aur hamare body ko bhi fats chahiye. Never believe online influencers, specially in case of health. Just consult with your doctor or dietitian.

Please ask the doctor to get his fasting insulin & HOMA IR test done. He is a case of hyperinsulinimia....and insulin resistance. Triglyceride is the storage form within the body. Oil contains primarily fatty acid, and they are PUFA. Doctor ka chemistry & biochemistry is perfectly fine. But he does not know how body use the nutrients. My question to him, why fat is a micronutrient?

Couple of times I brought pure oil. But I could not afford to buy always as the pure Non Refined oil of any type is very expensive. So again we have to buy Refined oil as they are cheap

I do not agree. He is giving completely false information. Once i completely eliminated oil from my food. After some days, pain started in my arms and i went to see an orthopedic doctor. He prescribed some pain killer which gave me some temporary relief. After the effect of pain killer was over, there was pain again. Then i realised that something happened because of elimination of oul from my diet. Believe me i started taking oil again. The pain was over in next day

Desi cow ghee is needed for the body! But haan moderation me. 2 spoon a day is enough. Baaki oil to kam hi rakhna chaiye
