In response to Nathan’s questions about what it’s like for Beyoncé’s crew to work with her, those who have worked with her before say in their interviews that she’s very easy to work with. this isn’t because the work itself is easy and simple, but because she’s highly specific about what she wants. I remember some tour engineer guy or something said that her clarity and being so specific leaves no room for confusion so there’s no need to figure things out on their own. It’s already defined, which makes the work easier.

Rewatching this after a while and it just makes you understand again why she moves the way she does now. It’s a lot of work being a pop star at her level. Shes worked so hard and I’m glad she gets to spend time with her family and take breaks now.
