Beyond All Reason is the predecessor of Total Annihilation. And I think Supreme Commander was made based off it as well. I can also agree the UI is clunky, especially in the main menu and trying to set up a lobby. I believe BAR is still in an alpha stage, so hopefully there will be a lot more improvements in the future.

Looking awesome, but gosh... I'm just waiting patiently for the Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Remaster. I generally just stick to the Command & Conquer series, as it's what I grew up with, aside from LEGO Rock Raiders, one of the classics. But WarCraft 3 was alright too. Overall, I'm more curious for Tempest Rising of the upcoming titles, that's more my ball-game, as it's heavily Command & Conquer inspired.

May want to keep this in mind not only is it the perfect price of free they seem to still be working on things. Just in case the industry does that awful thing they do to remasters

Looks a bit like Supreme Commander, but that might be just me. But that UI really does need some major work. Edit: Ok that is REALLY similar to Supreme Commander. kind of a mix of the 1rst one and the 2nd.

I'm not familiar enough with those games to know. I don't even know if the starting unit variety is robust or basic.
