Good to hear about Belegavi's industrial strength and development. For all these years, Belgaum would come in the news only when there was a political clash between Maharashtra & Karnataka.

If Belgaon entrepreneur think of giving fair wages like how it's given in Bengaluru none will migrate. Today Bengaluru is much ahead and thinking of Living wages.

Salary is too low in foundry sector considering the risk and health related issues that are faced by people working in foundries. Companies still expect to hire engineers for 10k/month. There's a need for hike in salaries and a certain standard for salaries. Otherwise companies will exploit employees by giving minimum salary for maximum work. Please set a standard for determining salaries .

100% agree. Just talk with the heads of these companies, their thinking is very outdated, still they are in 1970's and expect today's generation also to be, I'm sure they will kill Mechanical engineering in India.
