no longer Cubase? how come... I don't like the ott compressor.. it does extremely phas shifting.. I'd rather use the Fabfilter MB and the softube chandler germanium compressor..🤗 (I think it's one of the best compressors for basslines with a lot of character)!😉❤️

The phasing is musical and desirable in many situations. Often, the imperfections is what makes a music software unique. If you want to go completely sterile, than you'd just be copying the same academic white paper algorithms that have been around for many years.
