Additional info on how to implement those dietary changes, especially if your child has an additional diagnosis like Autism, would be appreciated in future videos. It would also be appreciated to take into account that many parents of ADHD children will have some kind of neurodiversity themselves.

My son walks on the ceilings at night. No matter what I tell him he will not sleep. He is 22yr old.

At this age he will have to find out for himself what's best for him... Difficult for parents to influence young adults ...

This diet relies on fathers doing the cooking or adult males with ADHD to cook for themselves and do their groceries shopping. Or is this man recommending diet advice for women to take on this responsibility? If we don't take into account the logistics of diet and the general ignorance amongst clinicians and researchers of what effects food truly has on the body and what better nutrition really means makes me very sceptical to this advice especially given by males.

Exactly, an holistic approach is required (I do not mean any kind of non science based approach when I say holistic, I mean a body/mind/family/community/society approach). No one set of individual interventions for one person will make the comprehensive changes required to make a healthier environment for us all.
