Just read John Gray's first book a week ago (I'm 52 and on my second marriage...25yrs now) and it saved my marriage. I knew I had to change, if not for my wife then for myself. It made perfect sense and it explained so much about how I feel and what my wife feels. I'm completely grateful for him and his books.

04:03: Randy Alverez: “Are these emotional and psychological differences, do you think, in-born or acquired?” John Gray: “They’re biological... Well, everything about our behaviours are taught, okay, so behaviours are taught, attitudes are taught, what it is to be a man, what it is to be a woman, etc. These are conditioning. But what I focus on is really the differences that are universal at every country in the world, that is spoken in fifty countries”. I am a gender egalitarian. If ever there is any difference between social/cultural conditioning and the natural human condition, there it is right there. Truly gold!

Both genders have masculine and feminine side. When woman uses her masculine side as a short term tool, setting boundaries in friendships, it helps her to build her feminity, or stay in her feminine energy, her soft personality. Her masculinity is a short term tool to be in her feminity. She shouldnt use her masculine side when her relationmships are working. When men use their feminine side short term, listening to the clients, with empathy, kindness, interest, giving them advice, be a vulnerable for a while, be patient etc, it supports his masculinity, it increases his business, because it makes him better leader of company. So he uses his feminine side as a short term tool, to be in his masculinity, later and build testosterone, getting enough sleep, watching football etc. and use his masculine goal oriented tools too.

I so agree to that! Me time is very important to me to get back into my feminine, bc my job takes all masculine qualities to pursue my goals and being successfull, which I love, but I have a hard time to get back into feminine. More if I have a clingy man, who has nothing to do without me... which my last relationships has transformed to. i need a very strong self concious and goal focused man on my side, who sees me really when I´m in my feminine and isn´t scared when I´m in my masculine- able to build a bridge, a balance to get into me recieving mode and to be feminine. It´s very clear to me. :)

I'm curious about what motivated Randy to contact and interview John Gray? I mean it's great and perhaps we can tap on the same type of motivation for other men.

Oh great question- yes John teaches this method when needing to talk to our man, “It’s not a big deal honey/sweetie …” But what about when it is? I’m thinking in terms of safety for example there are some guys that fly by the seat of their pants! Literally.

The solution is I need to see women's by quantity and quality to see as leaders, that is their experience will be almost the some and they can understand , that non understable will be understable

In born, but conditioning can make it feel wrong. Cultural conditioning social engeneering which does not always work. Just create friction

The most frequently expressed complaint men have about women is that, women are always trying to change them. When a woman loves man, she feels responsible to assist him growing, try to help him improve the way he does things. She forms the home improvement committee and he becomes her primary focus. No matter how much he resist her help, she persists. Waiting for an opportunity to help him or tell him what to do. She thinks she's nurturing him while he feels he's being controlled, instead he wants her acceptance.

Example Doctor men easily can understand with the doctor women's because the experience is the some ( the experience is the some ) if they understand each other they can understand in every Field

Common sense tells you.. two different people from two different background and genders will NEVER be equal..what is important to men ( their job..friends..sports etc) and whats important to women ( relationship...family..security) is not and never will be the same ...we are wired differently and run on different hormones..that because of DNA and genetics cannot be altered
@sabaghide81394 жыл бұрын
My comment is men experience is in office with knowledge more comnictat with different Peaple but women they are in the kitchen with pots and kitchen mean wth kitchen items I can say womens life is Lock in small room ,so the experience is in different fields .now we don't tloret at these time.we are in journey to fill out place , means the world is 1/2 men and 1/2 women so we are the the 1/2 society if we are missing the world is not full world .do you know we are the lights of the world, we are the maker of the society, we are the the continuation of the new generation So if men understand these ,then open the door for women's ,be by their sides

How is the interviewer oblivious to the fundamentals from Johns first book? Instead of John going into his new book he has to regurgitate everything from previous books to the the guy interviewing. The interviewer is a goober! Randy ruins it.
