I enjoy Beyond Meat products, and I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan. Beyond Meat products do contain canola oil, although it is a less processed (pressed rather than chemically processed) form of canola oil. If they could use only healthier oils in their products, like olive, avocado, coconut, etc., without increasing their costs, that would be a nice improvement in my opinion.

Except that your body doesn't recognize it as organic matter and doesn't properly digest it. It builds up a sludge in your colon over time. Look up what Soy Hemoglobin does to your body... It's cancerous and kills lab animals. It's what gives impossible meat it's color and bloody appearance. Please start being more cautious of what you eat. Especially since the FDA just gave the green light on lab grown meats.. Which are grown from cultured animal cancer cells, since cancer are the fastest growing cells..

Interesting that they would invite Brown to talk about leadership -- especially building a trustworthy team and leading through failure -- and he didn't apologize or even mention the misleading labeling that Beyond Meat has engaged in. Yes, I realize he's doing damage control. Yes, I realize that he may not be able to talk about an ongoing legal action. But he missed a HUGE opportunity to accept responsibility. Corporate executives never do that. It would have built a lot of trust among consumers. If meat substitutes are so nutritious and tasty, one would think their manufacturers wouldn't have to lie about the protein content and synthetic ingredients they contain.

what happened to Beyond Meat Italian sausages at Costco? And why do I not see the jerky at places like Whole Foods or Costco? those two products by Beyond Meat are incredible.. It is amazing to know that Italian sausages can be cooked in the microwave and they are amazing.. they don't need a grill to cook them. Also, I am not even seeing Beyond Burger patties at Costco. Please explain why your products are in Costco? BTW, check out what Loma Linda Foods is doing with their shelf-stable southwest chipotle bowls. Those are ready to eat from the pouch.. but can be also warmed in the microwave to the desired temp.
