HellGod67 Light isn't made up of particles. They are photons which are waves. If light was composed of particles, they must have mass since particles are matter and anything that has mass cannot travel at the speed of light due to infinite energy required.

I was never interested in Nate Grey, until he was written better, by Warren Ellis, and he took Nate to levels that expanded my mind as I read them, and I was never the same after that. Those issues were the best, especially when he was dealing with the evil Jean Grey from the other reality that was pretending to be Madeline Pryor. Then when he came here and started to form relationships with his 'parents' and siblings, and became an Xman proper, I liked him even more. He is definitely one of my favorites, even more than Cable, his 'brother.'

I had followed Nate for a while. I even had the Jack knife comic. I really hated when they depowered him not because I liked over powered mutants but Nate was a teenager and his back story was so interesting. It's just the way they introduced and handled this character that I loved. And a good way to tell when a mutant is too powerful is when they actually depowered him. He was also popular enough for them not to kill him and leave him dead. He made Franklin Richards look fair lol. I'd also like a full on discussion.

Batman has probably best plot armor in all DC and Marvel together (maybe after Captain America). As human he's simply superb athlete with amazing figting skils etc. What makes him powerfull are gadgets which are cool. But how u compare that to characters that time travel, warp realities, blast whole planets or even universes, can manipulate energy on atom levels or heal from almost any injury etc. Batman should be destroy by many of them in seconds but DC made him his flaghero next to the Superman

I'm just really upset that storm isn't on the omega list. Why are they holding her back? She literally is probably stronger than bobby drake because she is able to control the weather and other planets even the sun and moon! So why I don't understand is storm beyond the omega level mutants. Because she is black and everyone is afraid that she will overpower jean, which she should. Storm litterally as abilities like jean and professor xavier able to use her psychic powers. Nick fury in the ultimate alliance said that storm shows the potential to be a very powerful mutant and she exceeds the potential even more. He said that he would love for storm to work for the avengers but he knows that her heart is always going to be on shield. So please make me understand why are the writers not making storm powerful? Emma frost , rougue, scarlet witch, selene. Are the real goddesses. These women come from different cultures and should not just exceed jean grey but also be top ten woman who are beyond omega level.

Iceman is omega level because he can bring ice into existence, storm may be able to manipulate weather on other planets and celestial bodies, but those things already exist, she is not creating matter, which would fall into the manipulating reality criteria of omega level.

Omega level is just a mutant that’s power level is strong enough to change the world, so typically mutants that industry city with ease, maybe even a continent or above

nate grey sounds like something a 9yr old would come up with. "What can he do?" "EVERYTHING!!" At this point, his character basically enters the "superman paradox" where, if he's so powerful nobody can stop him, what's the point? why is he interesting?

His powers were very literally killing him or they would eventually. On top of that his family was killed in the Age of Apocalypse by Sinister and he had huge trust issues with the X-men of the other world because they were evil in his and he was only like 16 dealing with all this.

That's a myth, there's no such thing as a "superman paradox", it's just an excuse for writers that aren't good enough. Was Dr.Manhattan a boring character? Was Sandman ever boring? OP characters aren't intrinsecally impossible to write, they are just HARD. Much much harder to write than a street level character.

Franklin Richards is = to the Celestials, Celestials which r in turn equal to Galactus. Nate Grey on the other hand was said to be a rival of the Dark/Phoenix. HOM Wanda is multiversal. Hope Summers has almost every power of those of the most powerful mutants. She even duplicated the powers of the PF. Legion isn't bellow the level of Franklin Richards, he even did some impressive feats compared to those of Franklin's. Matthew Malloy is a multiversal threat and the most powerful mutant, being able to draw powers from the third dimension. The full extent of MJJ was said to be multiversal, and his RW powers r quite more impressive than those of Franklin's too. Jean is is WPOTC, an omniversal being and one of the top most powerful beings in Marvel universe.
