I love this video, I watched the JNCIS-ENT MPLS Concepts on Juniper Genius last night and it ALOT to take in but I definitely agree, there is so much more to these protocols that a typical enterprise engineer doesn't learn often.

The video is good but you need to specify that it uses the OSPF-TE to do that.

Thanks for the video now understand what is cspf for.. but why use MPLS TE and not LDP or SR?

You could use a combination of all of them if you really want. LDP in the core, RSVP-TE on the edges
