I get it. We don't control every individual aspect of reality in terms of nature and other people's free will. BUT we control the beliefs we have and the meaning we give to life and that creates our own subjective reality. Our perception becomes our projection.

Near the end of the video, Sarah talks about stepping into passenger consciousness and becoming fully aware. It’s like watching a movie-you let yourself be moved by the story but never forget you’re the observer, there to enjoy the drama. This is what embodied awareness and presence are all about. The not-self doesn’t tap into free will because it’s stuck trying to be something it’s not. Imagine a character playing a role it wasn’t designed for. It creates tension and resistance. When you embrace your uniqueness, your body relaxes, and you align with your natural design. A lot of people in the spiritual community, especially those focused on the law of attraction or manifesting, approach it from the not-self. They’re trying to manifest financial freedom, love, or security because they think it will make them safe. But the true self doesn’t worry about survival-it follows a flow, even if the not-self mind sees it as unrealistic or impossible. Abundance might not look the way we expect. It’s not always about becoming a millionaire or selling spiritual courses. Some people have skills in those areas, but their true potential might be in a completely different direction. Chasing these ideas can turn into a distraction. I see this a lot-people wanting to become spiritual teachers or influencers. They’ve developed a skill or gift, but their true potential might not even be related to that path. Still, they keep trying to "heal their blockages," jumping from one retreat or program to the next, hoping to finally unlock their potential. What they’re really looking for is safety, love, and validation, believing their value depends on what they do for the world. What if their true potential is in a completely different direction-maybe even the opposite? That’s hard to accept. Embracing your true self takes time, especially when distractions from the not-self are everywhere. But even those distractions aren’t wasted-they’re experiences that teach us a lot. When you stop trying to rewrite the script and trust your design, life flows. You remember the "movie" you’re here to watch. You return to the childlike innocence and wonder of the world, seeing everything with fresh eyes. You can have compassion for those caught in the movie, still remembering their true nature. Ultimately, they’ll be okay too.

The more you tap into free will, the more it feels like everything is planned. That’s because time is an illusion. Think of it like a movie: each frame exists, but you’re not the movie or the frame itself. Still, each frame is an expression of your true self. Time exists because of movement-without movement, there’s no experience of time. The Earth moves around the Sun, the Sun across the galaxy, and so on. That movement creates the illusion of time, like frames flowing in a film. Every object in physical reality has a specific location as part of its fundamental existence. In each fraction of time-each frame-you’re experiencing a new version of yourself because you’ve moved across space. Technically, it’s a completely new frame, a new you, every time. These frames are created simultaneously-from past, present, and future. As the creator of your reality, you don’t have to be aware of every detail of it. For example, I play guitar, but I don’t need to know everything about how it was made. Someone else collects the materials, like wood, while others transport them, transform them into usable parts, and assemble and decorate the instrument. For a single guitar, many people are involved. Each of them is a creator within their own movie-that’s another paradox. A pitfall here is to dismiss others as mere props in your story. They’re real, and at the same time, your focus is on your movie, not theirs. Yet your uniqueness can still be of service to them, like a puzzle piece whose unique shape fits perfectly into a larger design. The more people embrace their own uniqueness instead of trying to fit where they don’t belong, the more harmony we can see globally. Returning to the original comment-“the writer (past), actor (present), and audience/observer (future)”-these are all aspects of the self from a holistic perspective. The physical mind doesn’t need to micromanage this process. Just like you don’t need to know how to build a guitar to play it, you can immerse yourself in your experience without overthinking the mechanics. What we’re doing here is translating the process of pure frequency into something the physical mind can grasp. This isn’t easy. Countless traditions, languages, and epochs have their own ways of expressing it, shaped by humanity’s evolution into a more global experience. These differences create limits in how we articulate what’s really happening. For me, creating new terminology isn’t a strength. When I dove into Human Design, it gave me the language I’d been missing to express what I’d always sensed. But even then, our perception of words is shaped by our own distortions. Revisiting concepts over time can help. What didn’t click before might suddenly take on new meaning as our understanding evolves.

This may be weird, too simplified andor completely off target. Of course there are many aspects and ways to interpret anything. But am I anywhere close with this?... talking about leading yourself to the unknown. Like the movie interstellar, but completely different plot, character, and any other way. But the scene at the end when he has completed the task, expanded in everyway, he gets into the ship to venture into an unknown, confident with what he has already acomplished. You can call it Alignment, with capital A. Just to have a new way of seeing it. You can also call it Dharma, if you "get it", that you don't really get it! :D In fact, you can prefer NOT to "get it", or pretend to, or "fake it till you make it" BS. Because that's "the unknown", so you don't have full access to full history of Karma. And you don't have full access to full plan of Dharma. That surrender of not knowing or pretending to know, then opens up that "unknown" where true free will comes from. Because anything already here, is causation, it's already here. That's OK too. But people ask "where is free will"? And the answer is in "the unknown" talked about here. Which in order to access what you need of it, requires surrendering even the attachments to meaning of it all. Otherwise, you get attached to what's already here. Old traditions, etc. Can be wayshowers, but are not the true path itself. So you both get it, and you know you don't get it, and that's OK, and it's also OK that we already got something from before!! Just be grateful.

As of late (the past couple of years), I've come to a fundamental realization that the only thing that is REAL is love and goodness and that all this damage we and those around us wring is false and Unreal. I wonder if this is close to what you are illustrating here. This is not to dismiss the very real hurt and pain that the sociopaths among us subject us to, but it is to say that the sociopaths among us are completely twisted and out of touch with what is Real.
