Absolutely amazing how Jenny and the rest of the band can keep up their energy levels considering how little crowd feedback they were getting. That shows a true passion and love for what they are doing.

Martin Strümpfer Japanese crowds are odd, they don’t show much emotion while the song is being played, make some noise then listen intently to any stage banter. If you gig there it takes a bit of time to adjust.

Japanese crowds are not like other crowds. They do not show their joy for music by crowd surfing and such. When it comes to Japan, the best applause you can get is none at all. It's a weird cultural difference, but does not mean the crowd didn't enjoy the show.

This is a festival in an arena where bands play for 12 hours straight, they came on at 11:15 in the morning, 9 hours before Slayer. I'm sure almost no one there heard of them before and halfway through their set they already won over the crowd and they were great.

Also ich mochte diese Band von Anfang an, aber dieser Live-Mitschnitt ist der Hammer. Die Live-Performance ist deutlich härter als zu Anfang der Karriere. Mehr Doublebase, härtere Gitarrenriffs, allgemein absolut genial. Beyond The Black, macht weiter so. Arthur Oliveira, danke für diesen Mitschnitt.

Because, a great many people wouldn't know good music if it knocked them in the head. The record labels feed people this pop crap and people eat it up because they are told its good music. Beyond the Black, Nightwish, Ice Nine Kills - all very under-rated bands yet IMHO three of the top bands in existence right now.

Because of bad marketing.... this is definitely the kind of music I really like and I did only find out about because they will be playing in my town this summer - naturally the concert was booked out when I came across it. A shame because they play in my hometown and are from a city I lived in for many years.

I find it really interesting how singing can kind of cancel out any accent. She's German, but singing, you could never tell. Same for just about any other singer from wherever they may be.

The new constellation of musicians performed the songs with more energy compared to the studio album. I was also expecting more songs of the second album, but all the albums are platinum hits!

They were before Within Temptation last week and I must say, they sound much better live than from recording. Jenny is a beauty, her voice is really good, and the vocalist with the guitar is a beast with his voice. The drums are also dominating sometimes, and their riffs are cool! I was impressed. But I did not get the same feeling with studio recordings. :D Anyways, all the best for them! Good performance!

So genial. Die erste Band mit weiblicher Sängerin die ich jetzt schon 3 Stunden begeistert anhöre. Ansonsten habe ich Nightwish immer gerade so gelten lassen. Tolle Kombination von weiblicher Stimme und Musik. Besonders die männlichen Gesangseinlagen. War bei Eluveitie da hat der Sänger sich zu viel eingemischt 😉

The band quit after album was released worldwide. New to me as well. Sngwriting more like Delain. Jenny is a new voice to add to my list of superb rock vocalists! Bought double album. Not a fan of new lead guitarist. He`s sloppy and adds little to songs when soloing. Otherwise great show video!
