My Great Grandmother was one of these women that died on the 5th December 1916, Sarah Ann Jennings aged 38. I am only now starting to learn more about her, her life and how she died.

Hi Andy It is very good to know that those women, are remembered, and rightly so. It was very dangerous work. Including all those who gave their lives. In ww1 and ww2.
