I remember when Reg Hare ran the ferry and the walkway from Ferry Square to the river was a raised concrete walkway over a marshy terrain. Thanks for the video!

In 1985 The Revolution movie was filmed in Kings Street as well as other places in the town. It stared Donald Sutherland, Al Pacino , and Natasha Kinski

I enjoyed this outing. My brother seems to find ferries here in the States where you'd never imagine them to be, across some rather large rivers. Some time I'll find one too! Would you share what the fare is as of Spring 2023?
