I spent a month there last year. My wife was hospitalised in the QE hospital for the entirety of April. I stayed in a couple of hotels and then got an AirBNB on Tuesday Market Place. I thought it was a lovely little town. I’d go back again, even though it’s 200 miles away from where we live. My wife, understandably, doesn’t want to know. She didn’t see anything of the town. George North and Roger Taylor were born there.

A lovely town off the radar, a direct train from King's Cross to K.L Station takes about 2 hours. Ideal for a day trip or a relaxing weekend. But keep this a secret !
