Another high, high-level framework that fits in here somehow is Harrison Owen's 3 steps to a co-active (distributed, self-organizing) organization: 1) take care of the givens; 2) tell the story; and, 3) keep grief working. And the naming & HOW's of each of these, I've found, have been immensely useful in keeping us ... adhesive, at least. Great series! 👍 ❤️😊
