I am a PhD student and doing my research on food in Indian folktales. I even contacted Bhat Brothers to interview them about older traditions in South India for my Thesis. Hope I could meet them in person or interview them sometime. I got a lot of insights from their videos. Making into Hindi/English is very good, but here is one suggestion. If Traditional names/customs are translated as it is like exactly as local names, and then their explanations (if required) could be added. I am a bilingual as well (Jap/Eng/Hindi), so I often come across these cultural words that I translate as it is with Translator’s note. Please convey my message to them. Best of luck to them!

The tourism department has to do many things. They'll never do it. In the US, a small falls will have an entrance fee of $25 and here we have small falls every 3km in the western ghats. Nothing is maintained nor designed well for tourism. We can have hundreds of hiking centers, restaurants can be promoted as each town will have its own flavor and dish. There are so many things which the tourism department needs to do. It can earn 50 times what it is earning today and create so many jobs and earn a place across India and the world as the best state for tourism!
