I wish I had known this 15 years ago, but I’m so grateful to have this information now. 10 years into menopause I finally had the information to know what to ask for. I saw an internal medicine doctor who prescribed estradiol, then I had to push for testosterone. The weight gain and sudden onset of osteoarthritis in my hips was the catalyst that got me to the doctor. Two years later I feel alive again, when I didn’t even realize how flat and lifeless I had felt. Keep educating ladies! You’re very much appreciated 💕

Yes! The "weight" on me. The sheer amount of push through that is needed to do all the things is astounding to me. I call on grace every single day just to make dinner. Thank you, Rachael, for sharing and articulating my experience. This cannot come to DE quickly enough!!

I'm so thankful I started at age 40 on bioidentical hormones before any symptoms had started for me. 8 years later I still feel fantastic! I've been working on my sleep as that's been tough to sleep through the night this past year or two but I just added progesterone 2 weeks ago and it's much better.

I'm So excited about this. I just had my appointment with a Kiaora doctor this morning. I'm a little scared about the first few weeks and months of adjusting to the BHRT but I'm looking forward to getting myself balanced because it's been So long that I've been tired and in pain. I'm now wondering if the birth of my youngest child may have been a contibutor. Or it could have been the pharmacy product that I'm pretty sure was given to me in my thigh while i was still numb from the C-section. Something very strange happened that day but there were no witnesses and i was strapped to a gurney. Anyway, I'm incredibly excited about the idea of starting to feel normal again and getting some Sleep! Thank you so much. Great Poddy. You did amazing ladies, and Danny.

It wasn’t hard adjusting really. I felt better and better daily. I did have one increase that was kind of intense but it didn’t last long. You will be glad you did this

I've never listened to this before. It was on my "suggested" list. There was no explanation of what was happening, being talked about, or what program/hormones/diet was being discussed. I don't know if there's a part 1? But I listened for half an hour and I still don't know what they're talking about.
