As a woman, who LOVES the NFL and has been a fan for over forty years, I don't and won't jump to conclusions here, but I will say that the NFL needs to be seriously addressing these issues. I understand he is not subject to disciplinary action by the NFL, like I say, I have been watching long enough to know these things. You seem to have missed around 2:00 in the video - the police have concluded their investigation and given their evidence to the CA prosecutors. Charges are almost certainly coming considering a lot of this has witnesses and the recorded conversation.
