One Question. What is the thickness of the sisal? Lowes no longer carry it at Lowes and was looking to purchase some. And pretty sure Michaels no longer carries they rafia wire. Went to the papercraft store and they do not have it listed as a product either.

Excellent tutorial. How much time to make each one?
@angiefrantz6 жыл бұрын
Robert Fogelin good question, but that really depends on a few factors, how much detail the stalk needs- is it one in the front row that needs extra care because it's seen up close? Also how many leaves you decide to add, and if you make the tassels from scratch or not. How you make the corn cobs - if you buy premade, easy, if your making those, add more time. I cast mine from real corn so it was time.consuming. Let's call it an hour on average if you have all your supplies at the ready. They aren't quick to produce, but not much is if you want it to wow people when they see it. 😊

@angiefrantz5 жыл бұрын
It would probably still work for you, but it's more about which rolls cost more to buy. Try buying the masking tape in bulk for a better price maybe. I would have loved to use wider tape but it was too costly.
