As promised I am continuing sharing my health / weight loss journey with you all as I go at it one day at a time. This video is about my 3 day plan to reboot after over eating during the holidays or anytime when you feel you have fallen off the bandwagon. This 3 day plan is great to replenish nutrients , get hydrated & have you back on track on your weight loss journey! As you all know I had a baby last January & like all new moms it took me some time to just get a grip on my health both mental & physical. I breast fed for almost 9 months & I did not stress my body during that time about losing weight , just ate home cooked food & took time to nurture myself to be in a state of mind to even go towards fitness again. When Shahnoor hit 13 months I realised I was ready to slowly inch my way back to a fitter me & slowly started to take baby steps towards all the things that would help me get my health back.
