Is that still legal with the new rules? Isn't Ude Garami a shoulder lock? I'm asking cause I thought shoulder locks were forbidden in judo. Could someone reply please?

TheHK Dan the reverse ude garami is an armlock first, and a shoulder lock second Tercery uses include a wrist lock, and some people can put all three on simultaneously
