What does the timer do in the robo plankton section? Does that not allow you to attack them during it?

pretty much, its meant to be a short survival section. when you hit the robot plankton's they just come back later and their attacks are out of sync from the rest so it actually makes it harder.

How can I place enemies in areas they arent in on default? Like lets say bikini bottom, if i place a slick, he is just a orange cube and when I test play it crashes. Im really lost

i suggest watching this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5uxZKuaZql5qbc it tells you how to place robots in a custom level, but the same can work for the levels included with the game. basically you bring the enemy files into the level, then you can place them down (shift+right click while on the enemy Template), and it should work.
