Saturday evening, BFD A-Shift was dispatched to the 1500 block of Lee Road 266 for a reported structure fire. The caller was reporting a shack type building on fire inside the wood line.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a small outbuilding approximately 150ft into the wood line that was fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters deployed attack lines, and quickly brought the fire under control. The cause of the fire was left undetermined, and there were no injuries reported on scene.
Beulah Fire Department responded with one apparatus, two personnel, and were on scene for one hour before returning to service. Lee County Sheriff's Office Alabama also responded to the scene and assisted.
