Instil a sport culture from young. Rather than eating and shopping on the weekends, encourage more school going children to play and love sports. Only then, there will be consistent results in the future. Look at Australia, small country where sports is a culture and where people socialise through sports. Malaysia should have chances of collected medals in the Speed Cycling event but face disqualification that can be avoided & crash that was hard to avoid ...
