Dammon sells a shortbow in act 2 that allows you to buff Haste once per long rest, and buff persists after weapon swap. I like to use it pre-fight then swap if I'm playing a ranger, but for everything else that doesn't matter what ranged weapon is equipped it's a free haste.

If you Ascend your Tadpole at Creche Y'llek you can pop Perilous Stakes as a bonus action. It's one of the best Tier 2 Illithid abilities. Combined with Crawler Mucus it's been my go to for single rounding bosses in Act 3 for my Thief/Swords Bard.

I’ve been debating this for a while as one my second ability to get after after favorable beginnings and luck mainly because u have to get transfuse health to get to it and man that seems like such of a waste of a tadpole but this swayed me

Diablo 4 is obviously the better game, since you do 120,000,000 dmg to bosses in one hit with a proper build.
