BGMK Cells Spreading as a Sheet

Growth at the edge of a sheet of BGMK (Buffalo Green Monkey Kidney) cells. The cells spread pushed by dividing cells off screen but can also be seen dividing within the sheet of cells. These cells are normal but highly mobile and grow fast to form a sheet of tightly connected cells. The cells move around less within the sheet than cancer cells. Compare these cells with ovarian cancer cells.
