Thanks for your comment... 😊 In this video we want to change weight for network 100.0.0.0/24 only and not other networks so we have to configure route-map for that which will be applied on BGP neighbor. In route-map we would need to match the network and for that we created the acl ... Hopefully you got the understanding 😊
