Hello Baron, hope you’re doing amazing. I’m a Lab technician at a Dental office in Katy Texas. So recently we’ve purchased the SprintRay Pro s55 with the Crown Kit And so far we’ve had pretty good results. But I do have couple of questions in regards to characterizing and prewash/cure procedure of the crown. My office manager and I have learned a-lot of crucial information from you and your videos. (And to be very honest I’m a fan of your work) Hope to hear from you back soon Thank you sir.

hey baron, when do you still use onx and why havent you transitioned to onx tough for everything

I'm using OnX for temp crowns and bridges (be care, as it'll fracture). OnX for hybrid temps. I'm on the fence between which I like more for flippers, as I prefer the shade selections of the original and I haven't had any fractures. But tough is certainly mechanically the superior option.

howdy My name is Juri and I am in Italy and I have the printer Pro 95 S , I write to have your professional opinion on printing surgical templates with hexagonal sleeve ,as I do not get a printing precision use to create them RealGuide Software and with other printers (ASIGA V Max)) I do not encounter this problem. I tried various ways of positioning but without success if I position them upside down as per protocol are fine fit and the inner part while that of the seat sleevs no, inclinate 30 degrees no and etc. etc- I have unsuccessfully used SprintRay's SurgicalGuide EU, dreve Guide SG and Keyguide Keystone pretty much all..help me please

Honestly, that is the biggest weakness of Sprint rate technology. Of all the strengths that has, many of them come at a cost of slightly worse precision on small holes in the light. It doesn't so much affect the fit of a guide, but any holes you have designed you'll likely need to increase in size in the design phase.

@@bgrutterdds strange that no technician or engineer sprintray has ever posed this problem I am very sad of my results as much as my clinicians with here I collaborate are of the idea that if they do not solve these problems change printing system immediately even less expensive

It's technology. Everything has strengths and weaknesses. There is no perfect all around solution. The engineers are very well aware.

@@bgrutterdds we hope that at least they do their best to solve these problems I trust a lot on this systematic, currently as a workflow I consider it innovative but they slipped on a banana peel ;)))))
