should have cut v relief cuts on the corners , what you experienced was the lip twisting on the corners causing it to lift upwards, also in my experience always measure to the centre point of the lip cut the red tape seal and draw it out then you can use one hand to position the lip and the other to pull the tape seal then start in the middle of the bumper and work to the corners, fitted lots of these! no problems

Hahaha hand sanitizer. That is an alcohol wipe to clean the panel before using the promotor. People who know nothing about cars or chemicals should not be working on cars at all. This video made me laugh.

Does it stick straight out like a lip or does it point down like a damper? I ordered one for my Alfa Romeo. Can't wait to install it. Thanks for the video, good guide on how to do it first time.

Its already off. Didnt like how it looked. If you dont use the screws its game over for the lip and I dont feel like drilling the bumper even that it will never be seen

I say Bolt it. I think if u are driving on the high way at 70 to 80+ I think it would fly off.

It didnt fly off. I tested that while I was logging but the lip itself is already off. It just didn't Jive with my taste.

I use to ride for Ride 2 Recovery. During that time I had several wrecks that messed me up pretty bad. I have since stopped riding because of how dangerous it is to ride in California. People seem to think it's ok to hit cyclists or make them wreck.

That's gonna be a no from me. That tape won't hold very long. Especially since it's in the front of the car. Water and road grime etc will work it's way onto the tape rendering it useless. Either it will completely fall off or you'll be dragging it. Save yourself the embarrassment and buy an actual front lip and bolt it on. It'll looks waaay better and will actually hold. Not dogging you i love the channel, but this was not the best decision in my opinion.

In my opinion I think the lip is too big, a smaller one should be better. Why don't you try to install a carbon fibre lip instead, it should be much nicer and durable.
