i cant speak for him but since the rune nerfs dark harvest hasnt been that great. even before the nerfs it was kind of mediocre. im guessing since the enemy team has a lot of lockdown and catch potential it would be easier to get damage with a quick burst. one auto + ability procs electrocute and its more consistent throughout the game. again i cant speak for him but thats my thoughts as a brand main
