Actually In our India, Bhuddhist form major percentage in Ladakh, Lahul & Spiti, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Chiitagong Hill Tract. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar revived Bhuddhism in Maharashtra where now they form more than 5 %. It's quite amazing that majority religion of both country Hinduism and Shintoism are native with great influence of Bhuddhism that is also native of India

We would like to know more about what Japanese people think of India as a root of Buddhism.
