❤ congratulations 🙌bro but don’t give your bike for service over there prn service center they charge more and pressure wash is soo bad that my radiator fins got damaged a 70/100 AND dint even get a replacement they cheated me so I don’t want you guys to be cheated ,I can recommend a Tvs service showroom where it would be a good service and the service cost less too (“prakruthi mobikes “) 👍

Congratulations bro Hi i am also a bike Enthusiastic just like you. And i am really confused to choose one just a few days back I test driven Apache RR310 and I was impressed with its performance, but here comes the night mare when I gone through so many reviews on KZbin people are pointing out multiple drawbacks tht bike carries such has poor availability of spares where we have to wait for approx 3 to 4 months and that to the spares are highly expensive and there are some fault in the bike just after few days of delivery like FI (fuel injection failure) like in the first instance if we fight with the dealers they change it at no cost and again after few months tht to gets failed and this time neither company nor dealer takes responsibility and they charge us 6500 rs to change a new FI and also I heard there a failure of back brakes some times hearing all these I was totally disappointed and I am confused as to choose or skip rr310 kindly advice me brother. Please

@@dssvivekvicky3073 Thanks a lot bro! First of all thanks for writing to me. Regarding the spares of TVS, from the place where I bought the bike (PRN TVS Bangalore) irrespective of any parts for RR310 the promised date of delivery is within 28 days, only for some of the major internal parts or sensors would take atleast of 45 days of time as mentioned by the dealer when I enquired. The after sale and service complete depends upon the TVS dealer bro. I completely agree on the fact that TVS after sales and service is not upto the mark, however only in few of the trusted dealers you get quality service. On my bike I have ridden around 600 kms, so far the bike is performing well and no issues faced so far. Also there are couple of my friends who own BS4 and BS6 versions, still using it on streets and tracks without any issues. One thing that I would like to highlight is that, TVS team is putting good efforts in providing real good customer support, it is the dealers who usually trick us for more money. I have seen TVS complete team coming and apologizing a customer and replacing the complete part for an issue when an email was sent to them. So, no matter any bike we pick bro there would be one or the other issues for sure, it could either be small or a major one, we will never know about it unless we ride the machine for couple of kms. Honestly speaking, irrespective of any youtubers or online reviewers we would give our verdict based on how we feel with the machine, but I would really recommend you to pick the bike based on real facts. For the bike you are choosing check if the Sales and Service is good in your area, ask multiple questions and clear all your doubts with the dealers before booking the bike, test ride the bike as much as you can, feel the machine and then confirm if it is the one you actually want and finally if you have booked you dream bike. Dont hurry bro, take your time and peacefully take your decision!
