As per new 2024 rule, you will get RC valid upto 15 years and you have to pay road tax every 2 years Ye fine 2021 wale k liye hai jisne renewal nhi kiya, they have to pay fine rs 100/day, aur jisne 3 years k baad bhi nhi tax bhara unko 14 years ka pay krne ko bol rhe hai

You can buy a car from one state (Telangana) on temporary registration and get the permanent registration done in your home state where BH registration is supported. Catch is, you may have to drive your car to home state if RTO office wants to do physical verification else it may not required. I was also charged at the Exshowroom price in west bengal ,thought of taking up with the RTO but in the meantime transferred to Vishkhapatnam. Here i was told to deposit life time tax and take refund after getting transferred from here and i had no option but to deposit lifetime tax .Since the price of vehicle was appearing as exshowroom here also ,i was charged higher rate of tax .Were do i have to take up to reduce the vehicle price in the portal so that i can take up for refund from both the RTOs . Just for information that Andhra Pradesh has not adopted BH registration.

If they were in service during purchase of BH registration then yes they can continue paying tax every 2 years for BH registration. But after 14 years of owning the vehicle the registration process is carried out again so again form will have to be submitted regardless of BH or state registration. At that time may be they will not be eligible for BH registration, unless there is a new rule update for BH.

Hi Yes that’s true but tax price will depend on the cars invoice price. Thats because even for state registered vehicles, after 15 years you will have to pay the taxes again and get the registration renewed.
