Agar aata goondtey time 2 tbsp rawa/sooji add kar diya toh Puri tel nahi peeti aur phoog bhi jati hai. Sabji bahut achhi lagi - simple & mouth watering. No onions, garlic to contaminate the taste of potatoes, tomatoes & masalas. I used to make this but not with dahi. Now I will make it your way. Thank you chef.
