The Bhagavad Gita Sanskrit: bhagavad-gītā, lit. "The Song of God") frequently alluded to as the Gita, is a 700-stanza Sanskrit sacred writing that is a piece of the Hindu epic Mahabharata (sections 23-40 of Bhishma Parva).
The Gita is set in a story structure of a discourse between Pandava sovereign Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Krishna. Toward the beginning of the Dharma Yudhha (noble war) among Pandavas and Kauravas, Arjuna is loaded up with moral issue and depression about the viciousness and demise the war will cause. The setting of the Gita in a combat zone has been translated as a purposeful anecdote for the moral and good battles of the human life.
The Bhagavad Gita is the best known and most popular of Hindu texts,with a special skillet Hindu influence.The Gita's call for benevolent activity enlivened numerous pioneers of the Indian freedom development including Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Mahatma Gandhi; the last alluded to it as his "profound word reference".
