VR is gonna huge in 2 years after UE5 release, being able to handle billions of geometry without a frame drop is what the VR Industry needed. Combine StarVR with Xsens and this Haptic suit and we have true VR

It was a tech demo, the chance of it being flawless like the video on the go is still far away. I hope it happen, but that much detail, there has to be something hardware working for it lol. Hopefully, it work like the video has shown and will be easy to integrate.

Zakari Kenpachi Well they’re definitely streaming the geometry from a powerful SSD. Vray and other offline renderers do something similar but UE5 developed it to a whole new level. But tech demo or not, if UE5 can handle 1% of what they’ve shown, it’ll still be flawless. Hell, give developers 0.1 percent of what they’ve shown and VR developers will jizz their pants

Interesting! Question is if that vibration can fool you into thinking it's more pressure than vibration. Also, if the vibration will break the in-game immersion, as you suddenly feel something vibrating on your body - in the real world.

Hello , dear Will Behaptics suit work with Walkovr Mocap movement trackers? (I am asking because they both use Bluetooth , and Behaptics site the support service says that it need to turn off any Bluetooth on PC and plug/use the Bluetooth stick that comes with the suit ).WalkOVR trackers comes with their own built in Bluetooth Thanks

I tried mine with a few games and it's not working. I tried audio mode and without audio mode one of the games I tried was onward which has built-in setting already on bhaptics. The test function for the vest and arm bands works however... I will have to phone the support line to see what is up

Hi Sebastian, please give me a tip to install Asgard Wrath i have tried all of the Antivirus shut off and services end task and reinstallation of Oculus Rift Software but still my download hangs on at any point and message appears that "Sorry we cant install". i am soooooo mad at Oculus Software, i dont know Why OCulus is not fixing this OLD issue which directly related to their app sale.

Test on Skyrim VR, Fallout VR - hopefully some kind of api/mod available to use in these kinds of games. If not - very hard for them to sell. Deep RPGs will tap all the sensation spectrums of this vest

It is why i use an M2 subpac vest. I would love to use this kind of vest ( also the Tesla suit that is the BEST choice ) but too expensive for the little compatibility with games. Perhaps in a near future when VR will be really democratized ( perhaps covid 19 will help this to speed up ).

Papo Papo there is a Skyrim Mod I believe. I also use the Subpac, but I am seriously considering this, it looks amazing. The Subpac is good, but is just like having a big subwoofer strapped to your chest.

1 year later and is crazy in skyrimVR and fallout4VR,getting shot with an arrow you feel it hard and pin point exactly where it hit you,same as with bullets in fallout 4,a raider riddled me with a mac 10 in the back and i felt every single bullet where it hit lol,oh and getting blown by a mini nuke is magical,those games alone offer over 400 hours of gameplay moded easily for those alone i would get it again and again,but there are many now that work the same

This is true, $500 is a lot for just a vest, however, they just had a big sale for like almost $200 off on the vest so I finally broke down and bought one lmao. Learning that Half Life:Alyx has native support also pushed me to buy it. It seems Bhaptics is really putting a lot of effort into making their products worth the purchase. I would suggest waiting for another sale as by then i'm sure a bunch more games will have native support and the audio - to haptic feedback will be better improved.

why did u do a video on this ? it don't work at all I played the same game as you . nothing it only works when I'm playing around on the computer screen , I now find out I need to install special mod software just to use this its not as simple as install the dongle and that's it I have to figure out how to install files in files to use this after spend 600 plus and I have no idea were or how to install anything other then clicking on the file and agree to install please help me please I'm lost \

The vest when used in actual games is pretty underwhelming to be honest. In Onward for instance you can feel a "gentle tap" when shot... it's ridiculous. I'm returning mine. Also you do get vibrations from ambient sounds, or your own shooting. If you want a vest, get SubPac or one of the other sound-based (low frequencies) vest options in the market. The bHaptics vest is not worth it.
