Finally u have discussed this topic... In ksa they put the mileage, fuel type to be used type of results by testing facility known as SASO... If safety ratings are done following to be done 1. Based on crash test result insurance premium can be reduced 2. Road tax small percentage reduction to be done... it will encourage people 2 consider safety over mileage..... But it will not happen at all......
