@Satya Prakash It has highly added preservatives , which is a common risk factor for high blood pressure , it contains a lot ,of carbohydrates , it is very hard to digest , its high in sodium , sometimes maggi is okay but dont take it everyday . There are better alternatives and healthy options than noodles and maggi

It’s good but instant noodles is meant to be cooked instantly .You could have used normal noodles which is easy to cook .problem with Maggie is little here and there it will for sure become khichadi
