Don't close the lid halfway as suggested in video at 01:40 to 01:50 . A big accident happened one year back while I was doing this. I was frying onions for gravy in cooker and thought to put the lid midway so that onions cook faster due to pressure. I didn't simply put the lid over the cooker, instead i locked the lid midway. Due to this too much vapour got locked and since the lid was closed halfway so pressure buildup forcefully blasted the lid and gravy. It went all over the kitchen. Fortunately I didn't get hurt. But it could have been a big accident. Please learn from my mistake.

Brother he didnt lock the lid its just kept on the cooker so there is no chances of pressure to be build but anyways better be safe 👍
