Too simple. 1. Roast some sesame seeds(teel) 2. Pour oil on pan(use sarsho) 3. Fry some dry chilli(use more for best result) on it add onion slices tomato slices and garlic also add salt 4. Cook them until soften 5. First grind sesame seeds and schezwan pepper corn(timur) and add all the things and blend it 6. Ready to eat :) We don't usually use soya sauce on chutney in Nepal

Shiny transparent sheet is made with "wheat starch" which is difficult to find in India. Dont get confused with Cornflour and Wheat Starch. Both are different

Use cornstarch and potato starch add boiling water in it and make dough from Hot mixture. Don't let the mixture cool or at the room temperature. Rest of the things are same. But steaming time will reduce.

I do not like this kind of chicken filling... I also make momos... But with a twist... Firstly I cook chicken keema with onions and capsicum finly chopped.. With some basic sauces, aginomoto, black pepper, and oregano. And then fill this mixture after cooking.. Into my momos.. And then steam it.. Trust..me..it will be tasting great
