Dear Mr. Bhargava， I am designing a low noise amplifier and I want to know how much base current ib can get the smallest noise figure. In the s-parameter simulation, the x-axis is always frequency. I want to scan Ib at 140GHz, and finally get the relationship between the noise figure and Ib, and then determine the best DC bias at 140GHz. Can you help me? what should I do.

You can perform sweep analysis and post process the data the way you want. In your case I would recommend you to contact your local/regional Keysight tech support team for help as this is not possible to explain on KZbin.
