I don't understand your question fully? Port impedance can be defined as any complex number in R+/-jX format as I have shown in 3 impedance matching videos under RF Design Tutorials playlist.

I haven't seen Coilcraft for a long time. If they are 1 S2P file for each component then they cannot be optimized like the way shown then better method is to use DAC approach with a bunch of S2P files.
