Welcome to Day 6 - Yoga for Upper Body Strength!
In this empowering session we will focus on upper body. Starting with some mobility movements for the shoulders, chest and back. We will also introduce asanas like Dolphin Pose, Camel Pose and Superman Pose. And finally end with Kapalbhati & Bhramari Pranayama.

Hi. Thanks. When I try kapalabatti I feel Black out or some dizziness but this time I tried and felt first time dizziness second time slight but was alright after 5 min. Is it normal. Can I continue doing that.

Hi, yes in the beginning it is common to feel that. I would suggest slowing down your speed. Try 1 exhale every 1 second.
