I will do it every day Day1:feeling so fresh and refreshing Edit Day 2: I had cold before doing but now its gone Day 3 : so refreshing and my face glow is next level Day 4:I used many products for my face but no use but this yoga giving next level glow Day 5 :so glowy and refreshing. Hi , you should tell in the video if someone suffer from any pain then don't try particular pose. I got injury in my neck and shoulder after doing halasana and shoulder stand ..... Because already I have back pain.

Hey Tanvi, it could be because you are putting too much pressure on your knee when doing it. For this, you can either place a folded blanket under the knees to get some padding. Also, while doing the Anjaneyasana, keep the core engaged with spine long extending up so you don't put pressure on the knee.

Hi Subhash, Glad you are finding this helpful. I would suggest proper warmup before you start trying the forward bending asanas. This is a great routine for beginners I feel, however if you had have spent a bit more time on shavasana maybe 2 to 3 deep breaths it would really help.

Hi Deepak, yes in advanced yoga practice, we do sometimes focus on one body part a day and try to reach the peak pose after enough warmup of that particular muscle. However, as a beginner, you must ensure you are warming up the entire body properly before you jump into specific parts.
