Can the same be done in eggplant? But instead of chickpea flour, grated coconut and onion can be used. I add salt to chickpea flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida ,lemon juice. I use only oil for tadka for bhendi fry.

I always trust hebbar's kitchen but this time I am disappointed Bhindi is my favourite but in this recipe bhindi became so dried peanuts and besan contributed huge dryness to the bhindi sabzi which did not tasted good at all..
