Hello my lovelies,
I am back again with another #pahadidish DUBKE
#Dubke is a traditional dish widely loved in Uttarakhand and very easy to prepare.
- Soak Bhatt ki Daal overnight with rice/or use rice flour
- Blend it the next morning
- In a kadai add mustrad oil, Jeera and garlic
- after jeera pops add the mixture of blended daal
- Add water as needed and let the daal boil
- add spices turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder
- after the daal is properly boiled, switch the flame off and let it cool down a bit and add salt
Serve hot and fresh with rice!!!
