Not everybody knows how to explain without missing items. Your mom is one of a gem. O wow she explained it in the perfect way right from the start till the end. I follow a lot of food vlogs, even professional vloggers miss things while explaining, but she didn’t. SUPER LIKED when she showed the actual yogurt container, the actual mug with water and explained that 4 glass to put which includes the first in starting. Usually vloggers will be making videos by saying or showing add 100ml, 30 grams etc, assuming everybody knows it and will have something to measure. Flawless is the word for your mom man.🍁🍁 good luck

This is close to how my Mom makes Kadhi. Generally Kadhi is made in summers when vegetables are not available easily. So only pakora is added traditionally. One can also add peas to make it more wholesome. We add sliced potatoes also. Spinach in pakora is a good addition. Pakora can be baked also for keeping it healthy. Try that. I will try it sometime. Today I will try this with regular pakora which is unbeatable. Aunty ji is so sweet and I love how the video is made in a homely manner. Bahut vadiya....

Today i made Punjabi Kadhi. Just imagine Indian spiceses smell in German kitchen. It came out very well. I told my wife it is real authentic Punjabi preperation.It came out very well. Like your Mom i also like Pakoras and had some extra for Tea time. Enjoyedvery much. I am getting fan of your Mom. Thankyou graceious lady.
