I love Wayne but I can’t put him over Tupac. He did more than just rap and he actually lived and unfortunately died by his word. A lot of these rappers have been able to rap about and profit off these lifestyles they don’t actually live or even condone. Wayne is super creative and has a way with words that most don’t but that’s all he have done is rap. Tupac transcended “rap” and truly left words and influence as well as his actions has continue to help mold us as a race and culture. I love both tho. Tupac just more dynamic and layered
